SOME OF OUR WORK
ROCKLAND RENOVATION AND ADDITION
A full renovation of this existing ~1850's Rockland home, including all new HVAC, plumbing and electrical, new roof, new windows, re-freshened interiors, and a custom kitchen and bathroom. We added new siding, exterior trim, and a deck to make this historic home fully live-able. We also designed and built an addition housing a laundry room, mudroom, and dining room.
NORDIC INSPIRED ENTRYWAY BUILT-IN
An entryway built-in that blends in with and complements the clients' Nordic-inspired home décor. We worked closely with them to design a custom piece that would add some modern flair to this 1820's farmhouse. Featuring crisp, simple lines, durable, beautiful hardwood construction, and plenty of functional storage.
ROCKPORT HARBOR COTTAGE KITCHEN
A total rebuild of this early 1800's Rockport cottage kitchen, this renovation blends rustic charm with modern functionality. The project involved removing several walls, reframing the floor and ceiling, and relocating plumbing and electrical to enhance the flow and open up the space. Exposed antique timbers salvaged from the demolition of existing walls in the house highlight the cottage's history. A new tile floor with hot water radiant heat adds both comfort and style, while custom floating shelves with under-shelf lighting and a new range exhaust hood provide a contemporary touch. Beech butcherblock countertops and a rustic Zellige tile backsplash add to the warmth and custom feel of the space. Interior design by Now Serving Studio of Rockland, Maine
